A fully integrated development organization recognizes that its impact extends beyond mere land and buildings. Donald Siecke, President of KDC, has taken an active role in providing regional traffic improvements to the southeast metro Denver corridor as a board member of area metropolitan districts and as acting chairman of the Joint Southeast Public Improvements Association, a consortium of eleven metro districts.

KDC works closely with governmental organizations and neighborhood groups in order to develop properties that not only fill market demand, but also enrich the community as a whole.

Mr. Siecke also takes an active role in numerous charitable organizations devoted to inner-city education and prison fellowship.
